Right from the get go we were utterly won over by Sergei Trofimov. No wonder fans learn his songs by heart. He is a very genuine man he makes you want to hear his stories. His laugh is so infectious we laughed with him all through the interview and at times simply couldn’t stop. A veritable fountain of amazing and amusing stories – about quantum physics, music, a kind of schizophrenia that afflicts creative people – Sergei shared his ideas in his conversation with Matryoshka Radio.
We waited eagerly for this date with Emin Agalarov, a talented artist, businessman, father to two sons and indeed an honourable man! Matryoshka’s Star City features Emin who offered an insight into his touring routine, ways of combining creativity with a gruelling schedule, the upbringing of children and much else. The girls from the all-girl SEREBRO band turned out to be unbelievably cool! And very friendly: they loved it in our studio and neither wanted the conversation to end. And we were or course chuffed to bits to have received our own share of compliments from the glamorous girls!
